Registration is voluntary, free, and each User may have only one account.

The Service Provider may suspend or delete accounts at their discretion, especially in cases of rule violations, illegal activity, harm to the Service or other Users, or violation of the Service Provider’s legitimate interests.

Account deletion:
Users may delete their accounts independently through the User panel.
Account deletion removes all identifying data and anonymizes the username and email.
Use of the Service does not require subscribing to the Newsletter.
Newsletter signup is voluntary and free.
Requirements: an individual email account.
Service conditions:
– providing an email address in the form
– verifying the email through the sent link
– consenting to receiving email notifications
Newsletter scope:
– notifications about updates, posts, contests, and promotions
– notifications about promotional actions of Service partners (marketing messages)
Unsubscribing:
Users may unsubscribe via the link included in every Newsletter email.
Unsubscribing removes the email address from the Service Provider’s database.
The Service provides tools enabling User interaction, such as:

– commenting on posts and articles
The Service also provides contact details (email and phone).
If the User contacts the Service Provider, their data will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.
Rules for publishing content by Users:
– no offensive or defamatory content
– no content without proper licenses or usage rights
– no vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or illegal material or links
– no scripts, programs, or harmful software, or links to such content
– no marketing or promotional content for external commercial sites
To provide services properly and comply with law, the Service collects and processes some data.
Anonymous data may be stored in cookies.

Automatically collected data include:
IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, visited pages, time spent, operating system, previous page, referrer, browser language, connection speed, ISP
Anonymous demographic data from Google Analytics: gender, age, interests
Data collected during registration: username, full name, email
Logged-in Users may have an identifier stored in cookies.
Data collected for newsletter: email address
The Service and its copyrights belong to the Service Provider.
Some content is protected by copyrights belonging to third parties and used under license.
Copying, distributing, or storing content from the Service is prohibited without written permission, except for basic search engine indexing (Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Simple press information without commentary is not protected.

Registered Users will receive Electronic Communication about updates.
For non-registered Users, changes take effect immediately upon publication.
For registered Users, changes take effect after a 7-day transition period.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service Provider is not liable for content posted by Users, nor for its accuracy or legality, except as required by law.
The Service Provider will make efforts to maintain continuous service but is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized User activity, third-party interference, or automated systems.
The Service Provider may update, modify, or remove any content at any time without notice.
The Service may be suspended temporarily or permanently without notice.
The Service Provider may transfer its rights and obligations to another entity without User consent.
