This Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users’ Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing personal data voluntarily provided by Users through the tools available in the Service. It is an integral part of the Service’s Terms and Conditions, which define the rules, rights, and obligations of Users.

The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Matters regarding data processing should be addressed directly to the Administrator.

§4 Data Storage Security

 

Storage and reading mechanisms rely on browser technologies and do not allow harvesting other data. Internal cookies are safe. External cookies come from trusted partners, although the Administrator cannot fully control them. Users may manage, block, or delete cookies in their browser settings. The Administrator secures personal data and stores passwords in encrypted form.

Personal data are not sold. Access may be granted to:

Newsletter data are processed by external providers such as Freshmail, MailChimp, Mailerlite, etc.

Hosting services are provided by LH.pl.

§12 Data Retention

 

Personal data are stored only during the provision of the service and deleted or anonymized within 30 days after termination. In justified cases (e.g., suspected violations), data may be stored up to 3 years. Anonymous statistical data may be stored indefinitely.

Continued use signifies acceptance. Users who disagree must delete their accounts or unsubscribe. Changes take effect upon publication.
